football tickets

Beside dancing Tango and tasting a fresh Steak, attending a football match is another unique experience that you can enjoy in Buenos Aires.

It is true that football is a worldwide sport, but in every country you will find a different essence. In Argentina, passion stands out, not only in the field, but also in the grandstands. Each game is a party decorated with a lot of cotillion and a variety of creative songs that resonates from before the match until the end of it. Undoubtedly it is a memory difficult to erase.

How to attend a Football Match in Buenos Aires?

Experience a Boca Juniors game in la Bombonera

In Argentina the main sport is football. It is the most popular attraction in the country. For this reason attending a football match is very difficult, because, for example teams like River Plate and Boca Juniors only offer tickets to certain members.

We recommend our friends from Landing Pad BA, who offer a complete experience. They have tickets for the most important games on different dates of the year.

They work with small groups (up to 20) and line up guides who are genuine, diehard fans of the corresponding home team. They will tell you the rituals of each club and the basic recommendations to enjoy the game without stress.

They offer:

  • Entry to the stadium to see the passionate supporters cheering on their team.
  • Transportation.
  • Depending on the match, possible pre-game beer and snacks.
  • English-speaking guides.

Hi Joani, how are you? Thanks for writing. We don´t know of any organizers, but we do know that are plenty of Vacation Packages that involve 1 or 2 day trip to Iguazu. This destination is really popular and most of the tourist visit Iguazú in 1 or 2 days, so you will have a lot of options to consider. As it is January, and is high season in the entire Argentine, we recommend you that you book in advance. Let us know any other doubt! Have a good trip! We will be waiting for you in BA!
