Salón 1923 (Barolo Palace)
Located at the top of the Barolo Palace, its terrace has surprising panoramic views of Buenos Aires.
You must take the elevator to the 14th floor and then go up two more floors by stairs.
It has circular windows simulating old luxury cruise ships, round tables and a huge white marble bar.
Its menu is varied, with vegan options and without tacc.
