On this Saturday and Sunday two free gastronomy days will be held in Buenos Aires. It will take place in La Usina del Arte from 11am to 8pm with free admission.
This edition continues with the visit of the famous Japanese Chef Takehiro Ohno who will participate in the cycle “Secrets of Cooks”.
In the winter edition of “To the market of station” will be able to find a varied offer of foods of station, organic and products related to the gastronomy. The different Argentine regions will be present.
Also, lectures on healthy living and healthy eating, gardening workshops, cooking classes and for boys and girls from 6 to 12 years the classic “Experimento Cocina”.
On Sunday at 6 pm, the “Secrets of Cooks” cycle will be held in the Chamber Room. Juliana López May will interview Takehiro Ohno. The renowned Japanese chef established in the country two decades ago will give us his intimate side.
